Join PPAC in celebrating the second annual Philly Photo Day on October 28th!
Philly Photo Day is a free community-building arts event that increases access to arts and culture and inspires residents to think creatively about their surroundings.
In order to keep this event free and open to everyone in the city, PPAC is seeking sponsors for the 2011 event.
